Star-Apart Hansa impressed me with its fabulous staff and modern amenities. The room felt spacious, complete with a microwave and mini fridge. I loved having a comfortable bed for restful nights and two windows that opened, allowing fresh air to circulate. The location was superb, just a short walk from both the train station and pedestrian shopping area. However, I faced some inconvenience navigating the stairs in and around the hotel, as there were no clear signs to indicate the ramp. I also noticed the noise from outside traffic, especially at night. While breakfast was good, it felt a bit pricey for my taste. Despite a few bumps, my overall experience was delightful, thanks to the attentive service and the charming atmosphere.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, they even delivered a fan when our room got too hot. Also, the breakfast was made to order with scrambled eggs that hit the spot!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience was still pretty reasonable.

I stayed here for three nights and was blown away by the staff's dedication. Every interaction was warm, and they went above and beyond, especially when they stored our luggage for us. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which could be a bit uncomfortable during hot weather.

The standard double room offered ample space , making our stay comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy , perfect for restful nights. I enjoyed the beautiful city view from the window, adding a nice touch to our experience.

Just a nice choice for a brief hiatus in Wiesbaden with outstanding value for money. The breakfast was pretty good with eggs made to order, which I really enjoyed. Try to request a room that’s less exposed to street noise for a quieter stay.
